Bu politika, Wordveil iOS uygulamasının (“uygulama”) hangi verileri neden işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi ve veri sorumlusu Kerem Avcı'dır. İletişim: wordveil@kavforge.com.
İşlenen veriler
Oyun ilerlemesi
Çözdüğün bölümler, yıldızlar ve süreler, kelime tekrar takvimin, anahtar bakiyen, kaydettiğin kelime ve cümleler, seviye tercihin ve oyunun sana özel bölüm sırası. Bu veriler cihazında ve, cihazların arasında taşınabilmesi için, hesabına bağlı olarak Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Avrupa Birliği'ndeki sunucular) üzerinde saklanır.
Hesap
Uygulama ilk açılışta Firebase Authentication ile anonim bir kimlik oluşturur; bu kimlik adını veya e-postanı içermez. “Apple ile giriş yap”ı seçersen Apple'ın paylaşmana izin verdiği bilgiler (adın ve e-posta adresin ya da Apple'ın “e-postamı gizle” ile oluşturduğu aktarma adresi) hesabına eklenir.
Reklamlar
Uygulama, yalnızca kendi isteğinle izlediğin ödüllü reklamlar için Google AdMob'u kullanır. AdMob reklam sunmak, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, IP adresi, yaklaşık konum ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi verileri işleyebilir. Uygulama, reklam kimliğine (IDFA) erişmek için izin istemez. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için ilk açılışta onayın istenir; bu tercihini Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik tercihleri ile değiştirebilirsin. Cihazda kalanlar
Kelime ve cümle okuma, iPhone'un kendi konuşma sentezleyicisiyle cihazında yapılır; ses kaydı alınmaz. Günlük hatırlatma, cihazında planlanan yerel bir bildirimdir. Uygulama analitik veya reklam dışı izleme araçları kullanmaz.
Neden işliyoruz
- Oyunu sunmak ve ilerlemeni kaydetmek (sözleşmenin ifası),
- İlerlemeni cihazların arasında taşımak (sözleşmenin ifası),
- Uygulamayı ücretsiz sunabilmek için reklam göstermek (meşru menfaat; gereken yerlerde açık rıza).
Kimlerle paylaşılıyor
Verilerin satılmaz. Yalnızca hizmeti sunmamıza yardım eden sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenir: Google (Firebase, AdMob) ve Apple (Apple ile giriş). Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre ve Türkiye dışında da işleyebilir.
Saklama ve silme
Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil ile hesabın ve buluttaki tüm ilerlemen kalıcı olarak silinir; Apple ile giriş yaptıysan uygulamanın Apple yetkisi de iptal edilir. Uygulamayı silmek cihazındaki verileri siler. Silme talebini e-postayla da iletebilirsin.
Hakların
6698 sayılı KVKK ve (geçerli olduğu yerlerde) GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyette bulunma haklarına sahipsin. Talepler için: wordveil@kavforge.com.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Wordveil iOS app (“the app”) processes and why. The developer and data controller is Kerem Avcı. Contact: wordveil@kavforge.com.
Data we process
Game progress
Puzzles solved, stars and times, your word review schedule, key balance, saved words and sentences, your level preference and the app's personal puzzle order. It is stored on your device and, so it can follow you between devices, with your account on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, servers in the European Union).
Account
On first launch the app creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication identity that contains no name or email. If you choose “Sign in with Apple”, the details Apple lets you share (your name and email, or the relay address created by “Hide My Email”) are added to your account.
Ads
The app uses Google AdMob only for rewarded ads you choose to watch. AdMob may process device and app information, IP address, approximate location and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and prevent abuse. The app does not ask for permission to access the advertising identifier (IDFA). In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent to personalised ads on first launch and can change it in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Stays on your device
Words and sentences are read aloud by the iPhone's own speech synthesiser on your device; no audio is recorded. The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. The app uses no analytics or tracking tools other than ads.
Why
- To provide the game and save your progress (performance of contract),
- To carry your progress between devices (performance of contract),
- To show ads so the app can be free (legitimate interest; consent where required).
Who we share it with
Your data is not sold. It is processed only by providers that help run the service: Google (Firebase, AdMob) and Apple (Sign in with Apple), under their own privacy policies and possibly outside your country.
Retention and deletion
Settings → Account → Delete account permanently deletes your account and all cloud progress and revokes the app's Sign in with Apple authorisation. Deleting the app removes the data on your device. You can also request deletion by email.
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and lodge a complaint. Requests: wordveil@kavforge.com.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
